Teachers Day is a special day dedicated to all teachers, celebrated every year on 5 th of September to honor
the teachers and appreciate their special contributions towards education. We owe our wonderful lives to
our teachers. Teachers are everyday heroes. From teaching It requires an enormous amount of
compassion, self-sacrifice, and inner strength to choose to dedicate your life to nurturing 1000’s of lives.
Teachers handle the heart and mind of your children and at one point you; therefore, we should strive to
make this mission one of the most appreciated, respected, and supported. The role of teacher in
everyone’s life is great as they are the only visual source of knowledge for their students. Teachers help us
to improve our knowledge; skill level, confidence, as well as they shape us in the right shape to get success.
So, we too have some responsibilities towards our loyal teachers. Teachers are the real shapers of the
future building blocks of the country means they shape up the students life who are ultimately the future
of country. But nobody was there in the society to think about teachers and their contributions. The whole
credit goes to only one leader of India, president DR .SARVAPALLI RADHAKRISHNAN who advised us to
celebrate his birthday as teacher’s day. Since 1962, 5 th of September is being observed as teachers day
every year. They make us able to get over from any problem or difficulty all through the life. In the modern
time the celebration strategy of the teacher’s day has been standard. Students become so happy on this
day and plan for the way of greeting their favorite teachers. Students usually greet their favorite teachers
by different gift’s like greeting cards, pen’s, flower’s etc. nowadays, students also wish their teachers by
audio messages, E mails, video messages, written messages, or through social networking like Facebook,
twitter, Skype etc. Teachers are more than our parents who mold our mind towards success. They become
happy and get their success in life only if their dedicated students go ahead and spread teachers name all
over the world through his success. We should follow the commands and lessons taught by our teachers.
The love and the respect we have for our teachers cannot be confined to just one day in a calendar year of
365 days. We cannot thank our teachers enough and I believe an entire lifetime would not suffice to
express the gratitude we genuinely owe them. So taking today as just one day of expressing my love and
respect for my teachers I sincerely thank each one of them for being there for me, for being the light
houses in my life, for being my guiding stars. May Allah bless you all with good health, prosperity, and
